It has been a very busy semester so far, I haven't had much time to go out and sketch! I did spend some time on monday sketching at a coffee shop, and it felt nice to get back out there and observe. I really enjoy sketching from life and I'm going to make it more of a priority :)
These are some quick figure paint studies that I did while watching figure drawing on Monday. I feel very comfortable drawing the figure in line, but I really want to work on drawing/ painting the figure more with light and shadow.
